Is anyone out there

So this is the start of week two....I think I have done well this week. I went to the gym everyday except last Thursday, and I have "overall" eaten better. My friend Christina gave me some really great advice and I think about it everyday..."you have to view it like an addict...take it one day at a time". That is really great advice!!! Here is my weigh in:

Since I started 3 weeks ago I have lost 8lbs. (I am still not posting my "actual" weight as it is still TOTALLY EMBARRASSING!!!
