Here we go....I thought this might be helpful for all of us to have an online network of girls all trying to be healthy and lose a little weight....I am starting my diet week with Weight Watchers (although I lost my card) and doing the Special K twice a day diet....we'll see, I have a costume to fit into by halloween so I gotta drop some before then. I am going to make Monday my weigh in day, so I will weigh in with pounds I have lost this week tomorrow. You can do that too so we can all cheer for you....Also, if you find anything yummy please share...My contribution to this week's yummy is:
Alexis flat bread from Winco (in the deli by the bulk food on that island) with some goat cheese, and brucetta (sp) from Trader joes...heat in a skillet so the flat bread get's a little crispy...YUMMY

Okay today is day one for me. I was too afraid to get on the scale, so I will go by what I last weighed myself a few weeks ago. Thank you Jen for establishing this site, I cannot afford to attend the weight watcher meetings.
